What is CBG Oil?
For those of you who don’t know, CBG or Cannabigerol is just another cannabinoid found in the hemp plant. Like CBD, CBG is one of over 100 cannabinoids present in hemp and which can be extracted and made into an oil supplement for daily use.
The difference between the two is that CBG occurs less often in hemp or is found in much smaller amounts than CBD. This can make the process of extraction longer and more of a challenge. Dr. Hemp Me’s CBG oil contains a 2:1 ratio of CBG:CBD. This means you get all the benefits of CBG plus an extra addition of CBD or Cannabidiol to the formula.
How Did Black Friday Begin?
Back in the 1960’s in Philadelphia, USA is where the root of Black Friday shopping is supposed to have started. The term ‘Black Friday’ actually began as a phrase used by police officers who noticed a large increase in crowds in town on the day following Thanksgiving. As Thanksgiving Day always falls on a Thursday, the day after soon became know as Black Friday for various reasons.
People took time off work to be with their friends and families for the holiday, and people saw this time as the beginning of the Christmas season and so a time to shop. Retailers noticed the surge in crowds too following a day spent at home celebrating with loved ones.
So, sales and discounts were offered to shoppers to encourage purchases until eventually Black Friday became the biggest shopping day of the year for many.
